This is a World War II German MP-40, and a registered Fully Automatic Class III/NFA C&R Sub machine Gun.
This item is a registered (NFA) item, fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) that is classified as a “Curios or Relic” as defined in 27 CFR, 478.11.
This is a WWII German MP-40, fully functional, fully automatic sub machine gun which was manufactured by the ERMA factory in Germany. It has all of its originality with the German stamp on the weapon, the MP40 SMG was produced by the ERMA factory.
This MP-40 is complete with two 30 round stick magazines with all marked as MP-38/40 and it was acquire during the invasion of Germany in early 1945.
