This rifle has a 20” barrel with an excellent bore and sharp rifling, chambering 30-30, the barrel retains 99% of its original factory bluing. The action and lever have about 97% factory blue remaining with some very light fading at the bottom edges of the receiver- the natural carry point of the gun. The action is smooth with a trigger breaking crisply at 4.9lbs with no take up or over travel. Wood to metal fit is tight, the stock is fitted with a checkered steel buttplate. This Winchester epitomizes a gun that has earned its persona while been carried, hunting the woods and prairies of America.
